All about e2e
Since Entry to Employment (e2e) was first launched in 2003, over 60,000 young people have benefited from the programme.
Each e2e programme is flexible within the framework, however, all participants will undertake study in three interdependent core areas: basic & key skills, vocational development and personal & social development. Ideally, all young people work towards some form of qualification, a powerful motivator to continued learning. Attendance will vary from 16 hours up to 40 hours depending upon the individuals learning capacity and progression choices. e2e is not time-bound but based on the needs of each individual. e2e can act as a stepping stone towards an apprenticeship, however it is not a mandatory progression. |
