Work Based Academy

Lincolnshire & Rutland Work Based Academy is the network of Training Providers collaborating with employers and other educational institutions to support the 14-19 Learner Entitlement providing learning opportunities to young people across our two Counties.

The Academy strives to ensure that all learners will remain safe and healthy, enjoy their learning experiences and achieve their goals, and that they will make a positive contribution whilst achieving economic well-being. We aim to provide excellence in care, guidance and support to motivate personal development and achieve high standards.

We offer young people a wide range of learning opportunities designed to meet their personal needs and abilities, the objective being to promote confidence and skills development on the journey to realisation of their own potential.
